Festive Olive Wreath Platter

This dazzling olive platter centrepiece is perfect for any celebration, with plenty of delights for every guest to enjoy.

Olives are the star of the show. There’s a generous selection of Fragata olives, filled with a variety of flavours and marinated with herbs and seasoning too. Of course, you can use any of your favourites here. It’s easy to make a vegetarian platter by replacing the anchovy and chorizo olives. Yet a spread works really well to excite everyone’s palate.

Ingredients

150g Fragata Olives With Chorizo

150g Fragata Olives with Anchovies

1 pack (120g) Fragata Pitted Olives with Garlic

1 pack (120g) Fragata Pitted Olives with sea salt

Large handful pomegranate seeds to garnish

4 heaped tbsp hummus

Falafel (optional to serve with)

Rosemary sprigs to garnish

Garlic olive oil to drizzle

Method

1.

Simply arrange the olives and falafel on your platter to form a wreath shape.

2.

Scatter the olives to create a contrast of flavours and colours.

3.

Add the hummus into the centre of the platter and garnish the plate with fresh pomegranate seeds.

4.

Drizzle over the olive oil and add in some sprigs of rosemary.

5.

Serve for your guests and enjoy!
