Ingredients

250g Fragata Stoneless Hojiblanca Black Olives

8 Cloves of Garlic

3 Fragata Hot Peppers Guindillas sliced

250ml good quality olive oil

Slivers of orange peel from 1 orange

2 tbsp fresh thyme

Method

1.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

Store in an airtight jar and use as necessary.
